The scheme of "Thought x Passion x Ability" presented by Kazuo Inamori
I am an amateur That's why there are quite a few people who shy away from inexperience and never take action. To put it bluntly, when you want to get results, lack of experience can't be a reason why you can't do it. When you want to get results, that's not the point.
In any field, the ability common to those who have achieved high results is "immersion".
In the world of sports, entertainment, and creativity, the talent you are born with may have something to do with your achievements. However, basically, people who are thoroughly immersed in the subject and produce results are evaluated, gaining popularity, money, and achievements.
Successful people in business are all those who have strong immersion.
For example, Masayoshi Son, the founder of SoftBank Group. At a young age, he went to America by himself with the belief that he would protect his family's future.
When Son entered the University of California, he set a goal of "thinking for five minutes a day and inventing something. Doing this for a year." He steadily accumulated inventions, selling development tools such as an automatic translation machine to companies to raise funds, leading to the establishment of a company. He is a representative of an entrepreneur who broke through by saying what he said and doing what he said.
Kazuo Inamori, the founder of Kyocera and KDDI, is also an example. He advocated the formula of "mindset x passion x ability" as a formula for a successful life. The power of immersion born from this combination probably supports Mr. Inamori's management theory.
