The Association for the 2025 Japan World Exposition has decided to appoint Mr. Kenji Kohashi as the event planning producer for the 2025 Japan World Expo (Expo '70, Osaka, Kansai).
Events at the Expo include "official events" such as the opening ceremony, "organizer events" held by the association with cooperating companies, etc., and "participation events" with the participation of companies, organizations, local governments, etc. The Event Planning Producer formulates the "event basic plan" that plans the concept, organization policy, schedule, etc. of these events, manages the operation of the event facilities, and coordinates and supervises the entire event during the Expo. .
And at the Expo 2025 venue, we will communicate the theme of the Osaka/Kansai Expo, “Designing Future Society for Our Lives,” through events, and hold various attractive events during the Expo. We will create a bustle at the Expo venue in Yumeshima, Osaka by having more people visit.

Debuted as a child actor in 1988 and appeared in numerous dramas, movies and stage works such as the movie Swallowtail and the NHK serial TV novel "Chura-san". After studying in the United States and traveling around the world, he started producing movies and events. In 2012, he made his debut as a film director with the documentary film "DON'T STOP!" The film won the SKIP City Award and the SKIP City D Cinema Project at the SKIP City International D-Cinema Film Festival. Since then, he has realized large-scale overseas events such as "ULTRA JAPAN" in Japan, and has also served as the creative director. The futuristic fireworks entertainment "STAR ISLAND", which was comprehensively produced, won the special jury award at the "Cool Japan Matching Forum 2017" sponsored by the Cabinet Office.
Not only in Japan, we held a countdown event representing Singapore, which was visited by 800,000 people, and held on the National Day of Saudi Arabia. At the 2019 Tokyo Motor Show, he comprehensively produced the night sky spectacle show "CONTACT" using 500 drones, and won the "6th JACE Event Award" Grand Prize and Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award (Japan Event Award).
At the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, he served as show director for the closing ceremony.
