Nikon Imaging Japan will launch today, February 18, the NIKKOR Z400 mm f/2.8TC VR S, a large-aperture over-the-horizon single-focus lens with a full-size Nikon Z-mount (Nikon FX format) mirrorless camera.

The NIKKOR Z400 mm f/2.8TC VR S is the first over-the-horizon model of the NIKKOR Z lens. The newly developed coating "intermediate amorphous coating" with the highest anti-reflection effect in the history of NIKKOR lens is adopted. The motor for the AF drive is equipped with the newly developed Silkie Swift VCM (voice coil motor).
