In the first place, Vuzix is a company based in the United States that provides video eyewear and smart glasses, and Vuzix Corporation is its Japanese base. The "M100 smart glasses" are single-lens type smart glasses designed by Vuzix and are equipped with a camera, microphone, speaker, etc. It has almost the same performance as a smartphone, such as standalone drive by Android and communication control with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Conventionally, it was assumed that the safety glasses that came with the product would be used, but by using the glasses frame this time, it is now possible to use the smart glasses while wearing regular glasses. By attaching it to a spectacle frame that matches the contours of the Japanese face, it is said that the fit is better than the included safety glasses and headband.
