Niigata Weather

However, due to the high temperature of the past few days, the "plum blossoms" are beginning to bloom at the shrine in Chuo Ward, Niigata City.

There are 150 trees and 68 kinds of plums in the precincts, from the early blooming that begins to flower on New Year's Day to the late blooming that will be in full bloom from now on.
When the temperature exceeded 10 degrees Celsius, many of them began to bloom.

Kanbara Shrine's plums can be enjoyed throughout March.
