For those who receive a large amount of emails with Gmail every day, it is convenient to sort them into folders according to the set labels or use the automatic sorting function. However, I think there are some emails that say, "I don't want them to go into folders, but I don't want them to pile up in my inbox. But I don't want to delete them...". "Archive" is useful in such a case. It disappears from the inbox at the moment you click "Archive" and it is refreshing. But do you know where the email is disappearing? This time, I will introduce "How to check archived emails" that you may know but don't know. In addition, although the verification is performed on the screen of the PC, the same procedure can be performed from the smartphone.
Check all emails
First, let's do an "archive". Launch Gmail and select the emails you want to archive.
▲Click the email you want to archive After opening the email, click the "Archive" icon in the upper left. Then the previous email will disappear from your inbox.
▲Click the "Archive" icon To find lost archived emails, click "More" in the left menu to open the menu further.
▲Click "More" and then click "All Mail".
▲When I click on "All Mail"...I found the mail I just archived. Emails that have been archived and disappeared from the inbox can be checked from "All emails".
▲I found an archived email! If you accidentally archived an email, click the icon in the upper right to return it to your inbox.
▲Tap the "Move to Inbox" icon to return to your inbox.
