Bluetooth Le SOC "AIROC CYW20829"
Infinion Technologies announced in January 2022 the Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) SoC (System on Chip) "Airoc Cyw20829".Samples have already been launched for some customers.The product is Bluetooth 5 for IoT (Internet of Things), smart homes, and industrial applications.It conforms to 3 core specifications.Equipped with a power amplifier with a transmission output of 10dbm, the reception sensitivity is -98..5dbm, LE-LR is -106DBM 125K bit/second.
For the first time in the company's "Airoc" brand, "ARM Cortex M33" was adopted. In addition to using one ARM Cortex M33 core as a Bluetooth controller, another ARM Cortex M33 core, which has a built -in floating point unit unit for development applications. It can clock up to up to 96MHz, and balance low power consumption and high -performance operations. The application subsystem has been integrated with a configurable serial communication block that can be changed to UART, I2C, and SPI, and multiple timers and counter pulse width modulator, I2S, PDM, CAN, and LIN interface. Security is equipped with ROT-OF-Trust, TRNG, EFUSE for custom keys, and encryption acceleration in the platform architecture. It also supports on -the -fly encryption of XIP and flash content from external flash. As a design environment, the company's "Modustoolbox", which provides software and tools for Bluetooth -compatible IoT solution development, is available.
