Elecom, 2 models including headphone integrated VR goggles compatible with smartphones up to 7 inches

Elecom has announced two new models of VR goggles: the VRG-DEH02BK headset-integrated VR goggles and the VRG-M02BK standard VR goggles. It will go on sale from mid-October.

Both are VR goggles that support a wide range of smartphone sizes from 4.8 to 7 inches. You can use it simply by installing a VR compatible app on your smartphone and connecting the stereo mini plug. A front cover structure that is easy to open and close has been adopted.

It can also be worn while wearing glasses with a width of 142 mm or less. Adopts an adjustable headband to support immersion. Soft leather is used for the face pad. Equipped with an interpupillary adjustment function and independent left and right focus adjustment functions.

A headphone-integrated model in collaboration with the VR video distribution service "DMM.com". DMM video points worth 1,000 yen are included.

In terms of sound quality, it reproduces well-balanced sound quality from high to low frequencies. With the built-in operation buttons, you can play/pause the video and adjust the volume while wearing the VR goggles. The lens adopted an aspherical optical lens.

The main body size is 210 (width) x 94 (height) x 220-250 (depth) mm (not including the band) and weighs about 400g. The compatible terminal size is 59-85 (width) x 115-170 (height) x 6-14 (depth) mm.

The main specifications of the headphone part are a driver unit with a diameter of 40 mm, a sensitivity of 112 dB/mW, a maximum input of 20 mW, a playback frequency range of 0 Hz to 20 KHz, and a 3.5 mm diameter 4-pole mini-plug L-type plug. One DMM video point code redemption ticket, size switching adapter, and lens cleaning cloth are included.

The body size is 182 (width) x 94 (height) x 130 (depth) mm (not including the band) and weighs about 280g. The compatible terminal size is 59-85 (width) x 115-170 (height) x 6-14 (depth) mm. One size change adapter and lens cleaning cloth are included.
